- Developed scripts in R for preprocessing, statistical analysis, and visualization of scRNA-seq datasets.
- Dissected eQTLsingle, an R package for discovering Expression Quantitative Trait Loci (eQTLs) only with single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data in cancer cells. eQTLs are genomic loci associated with variations of downstream gene expression.
- Identified limitations in the logic and algorithms used in eQTLsingle.
- Proposed solutions to these limitations by searching for and studying relevant literature.
- Composed an academic thesis explaining the logic and algorithms used in eQTLsingle, their limitations, and the proposed solutions in detail.

Sorcerer's Wrath
- Sorcerer's Wrath is a 2D platformer with a medieval style, it was developed using the Unity game engine version 2020.1.3f1.
- Led and managed a team of 4 junior developers, providing mentorship and support to struggling individuals.
- Designed and animated player and enemy characters using Gimp and Unity. Designed basement, inside castle 1, inside catsle 2, and final boss room levels.
- Implimented hitboxes and physics engine for characters and in-game objects.
- Helped creating C# scripts for player controller and enemy state machines.
