    • Developed scripts in R for preprocessing, statistical analysis, and visualization of scRNA-seq datasets.
    • Dissected eQTLsingle, an R package for discovering Expression Quantitative Trait Loci (eQTLs) only with single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data in cancer cells. eQTLs are genomic loci associated with variations of downstream gene expression.
    • Identified limitations in the logic and algorithms used in eQTLsingle.
    • Proposed solutions to these limitations by searching for and studying relevant literature.
    • Composed an academic thesis explaining the logic and algorithms used in eQTLsingle, their limitations, and the proposed solutions in detail.

  • Sorcerer's Wrath

    • Sorcerer's Wrath is a 2D platformer with a medieval style, it was developed using the Unity game engine version 2020.1.3f1.
    • Led and managed a team of 4 junior developers, providing mentorship and support to struggling individuals.
    • Designed and animated player and enemy characters using Gimp and Unity. Designed basement, inside castle 1, inside catsle 2, and final boss room levels.
    • Implimented hitboxes and physics engine for characters and in-game objects.
    • Helped creating C# scripts for player controller and enemy state machines.
    • Managed version control during development using Sourcetree.
  • Project_X

    • Project_X is a prototype for a 3D fighting game, it was developed using the Unity game engine version 2022.3.10f1.
    • Led and managed a team of 5 junior developers, providing mentorship and support to struggling individuals.
    • Designed and animated 3D models of characters using Blender.
    • Helped creating C# scripts for player controller.
